How to order
Order is processed as below :

Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

- RETURNS

KINDERSALMON has a 15-day return policy : You have 15 days from receiving your order.

As soon as you have decided you would like to return, please return it for a refund or exchange and let us know by email promptly.
You have 15 days from the date you received your order to follow the below steps:

1. To return your order, please send it to our office. The Product(s) must be returned to:

Please note that all products must be returned in their original condition, with all protective materials in place and the tags attached.
Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the item is faulty.

2. Email us at 0snjee@kindersalmon.co and let us know your full name, order number and tracking number.

3. Once the return has arrived at our office, you will receive an email regarding the returned items.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Your bank may need extra time to process a refund after receiving the information from us.

- FAULTY PRODUCTS

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered or faulty,  please contact us by e-mail.
